 Phil McCausland, PhD'02, and a team of Western researchers' recent scientific scavenger hunt in Grimsby, Ontario has produced three golf ball-sized fragments of meterorite.

Western unveils $5M biofuels facility
 The University of Western Ontario has opened a new $5-million biofuel facility and unveiled the first sale of a university-developed harvester that turns agricultural byproducts into a material for creating fuels, chemicals and fertilizers. ( more)
