Off to Western

Come to the Off to Western event in your city and get the inside track on strategies for success at university - know in advance what to expect on your first day at Western! No doubt you're wondering about things like textbooks, assignments, and class sizes. You can put all of those concerns to rest by asking our Hometown Volunteers - current Western students and alumni from your city.

As well, you'll learn about the many student services that the University has to offer, including the Student Success Centre and Foot Patrol. Western also has hundreds of clubs, intramurals, volunteer opportunities and extra-curricular activities in which you can take part; this includes the University Students' Council, the largest university student organization in Canada. We'll help you find out in advance what opportunities you have so you don't miss a thing!
