Shared Interest Groups
Shared interest groups are officially recognized by the University as part of Western's Alumni Association. They are groups of alumni that share common experiences while at Western including a sports affiliation, a club experience or participation in student government.
Similar to a regional branch, the purpose of a shared interest group is to inform and involve alumni, students, parents and friends with Western through a variety of social, professional, educational, charitable and community service activities. Shared interest groups offer alumni opportunities to meet other alumni in their community and connect with Western.
