Anne Baxter, BA'91

Director of Marketing & Communications, London YMCA

Anne Baxter is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications
at the YMCA of Western Ontario, a position she has held for almost five years. As such she and her team are responsible for the promotion of five Health, Fitness and Recreation branches (two in London, one in St. Thomas, Strathroy and Woodstock), numerous child care centres, day camp, residential camp and many other varied and diverse programs offered by the YMCA.

Previously, Anne was the Manager of the President’s Office at The University of Western Ontario. As an alumnus of The University of Western Ontario, Anne is the Chair of the Homecoming Planning Committee, a member of the Alumni Awards of Merit Selection Committee, a member of the Alumni Communications Committee and a member of the Western Alumni Board. She is a member of the IABC (International Association for Business Communicators) Executive and Vice-President and a past member and Chair of the Board of Women’s Community House.
